The Memory of X [EF#19]

Bismillaah…

Talking about the most memorable relationship, I believe that most of us would write about X. It is because X is the most sought-after thing in the world, all the time. In every equation, we are required to always be able to find the correct value of X. At some point, we need to find X to solve our problem. And occasionally, we have to discover the sequence of X = f(X₁, X₂, X₃, … X_n) to find its final result. It is because X₁ may has a relationship to X₂, and we may know the information of X₃ from X₂, and it is not impossible that X₄ has similar characteristic with X₁, and so on until we find the real value of X.

Mostly, the memory of X will remain as a temporary variable. But the true pointer of X will remain deeply on our non-volatile memory. A persistent memory that is always there even though we tried to hide it. A permanent value which can be a walking zombie if we failed to completely deallocate its memory. An eternal memory of X.

Please stop telling me to find your X. I do not know where C is. And I do not know Y either!

Be careful of the existence of X. Once the T is too dense and bitter, an X will eventually come up to the surface along with the salty rain. Once you messed-up just because your V calculation is too tight and your companion becomes so freakingly sensitive, an X could be a dangerous potential escapement. And once a K timely involved the equation, C is the best X ever be.
